‘Banh Mi’ is the Vietnamese word for ‘bread’ but in the UK it is used more to describe the Vietnamese Baguette Sandwich. ‘Banh Mi’ sandwiches are baguettes filled with hot or cold Vietnamese style meats, pickled carrot and daikon fresh pate, coriander, cucumber and a range of sauces. We offer a choice of Banh Mi or Authentic Vietnamese Baguettes. Our Authentic Vietnamese Baguettes are lighter and airier than regular baguettes.

We make our bread dough from scratch each morning and baked few section in the afternoon using traditional Vietnamese techniques and ingredients. It is a highly skilled craft which takes years to perfect and the secret is in the kneading method as well as the ingredients
